Can I Return My Purchase?

Cowhorse Tack will gladly accept your returns for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise MUST be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Sorry  no returns on monogrammed merchandise.

How To Ship Your Returns Or Exchange:

To return your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include original Cowhorse Tack Invoice with the shipment. Please indicate the reason for the return on the PDF returns form.

Allow 3-4 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed, sorry delivery charges are not refundable.

On all exchange orders, Cowhorse tack pays the expense to send you the replacement item.
